Discounts for Full-Time Students Only

Tuition is due in full by the first day of school. Payments may also be made in two installments. If the installment option is selected, the first payment is due by the end of September and the second payment is due by the end of January. A late fee of $30.00 will be strictly applied to any payment received after January.

Please note that if a student is enrolled in the school or in any after-school clubs but misses classes due to other commitments, there will be no reimbursement or credit for the missed days. Payments may be made online.

If a parent or adult student chooses to withdraw from the school, the school must be notified in writing. No refunds will be issued after the first two weeks of classes.

Students should be in school every scheduled Saturday.

Except in the case of excused late arrivals and early dismissals, students must be present in school from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Yes, volunteering is a mandatory requirement for parents at Erebuni Armenian School. This can be fulfilled through various activities, such as assisting teachers in the classrooms, participating in events, or contributing to fundraisers.

The number of students per class at Erebuni Armenian School varies, typically ranging in average from 7 to 15.

To protect the privacy of our school community, any photos, videos, or postings that include Erebuni Armenian School teachers' names, students other than your own, must be approved by the School Principal before being shared online.

Students are not permitted to post videos or pictures of teachers or classmates on social media without their consent, nor can they use the school's or staff's names without the administration's permission.
