My name is Kima Frounjian. I recently got married and relocated to the United States from Armenia. I was raised in a loving family of educators, and from my earliest years, the world of schools and classrooms was a natural part of my life. Growing up, I constantly heard stories about students, creative lesson ideas, and new approaches to teaching. I witnessed firsthand the excitement of classroom discoveries, the challenges teachers face, and the joy they feel when a child succeeds. These experiences shaped my understanding of education long before I entered it myself.

Being surrounded by dedicated teacher role models deeply influenced my values and my approach to learning. I learned that education is not only about knowledge, but also about patience, empathy, creativity, and sincere care for children. Watching my parents’ commitment showed me how a teacher can inspire confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. Their example instilled in me a strong appreciation for the responsibility and beauty of guiding young minds.

This background has given me a unique perspective and the ability to connect with the little ones in a warm and supportive way. I believe every student deserves individualized attention and an environment where they feel valued, heard, and encouraged to explore their potential. My goal is to create a classroom atmosphere that is nurturing, engaging, and full of positive energy.

I am thrilled to join the faculty at Erebuni Armenian School. This opportunity allows me to contribute to the education of our children and to help them discover the Armenian language, culture, and heritage at the very young age.

In addition to my professional interests, I enjoy reading, exercising, and traveling.
