How Enrollment Works

Enrolling at Erebuni is personal — not just paperwork. Here’s what to expect:

  • 1. Complete the registration form — fill out all student and family information online
  • 2. Connect with our Principal — Arminé personally meets or speaks with every new family before the school year begins to answer questions and get to know your child
  • 3. You're in — once confirmed, you'll receive everything you need to get started.

Enrolling three or more children?

Your family receives a 10% discount on total tuition, applied automatically at registration.

  • A $30 late fee applies to payments received after January.

Please note that if a student is enrolled in the school or in any after-school clubs but misses classes due to other commitments, there will be no reimbursement or credit for the missed days. Payments may be made online.

If a parent or adult student chooses to withdraw from the school, the school must be notified in writing. No refunds will be issued after the first two weeks of classes.

School hours are 10:00AM-1:00PM-Every Saturday, except holidays

Students should be in school every scheduled Saturday.

Except in the case of excused late arrivals and early dismissals, students must be present in school from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Bullying can take many forms including:

Physical – hitting, punching, shoving, blocking one’s way, damaging someone’s property

Verbal – name-calling, teasing, threatening harm

Social – spreading rumors, excluding people on purpose, breaking up friendships

Cyber – using the Internet, mobile phones or other digital technologies to harm others

Yes, volunteering is a mandatory requirement for parents at Erebuni Armenian School. This can be fulfilled through various activities, such as assisting teachers in the classrooms, participating in events, or contributing to fundraisers.

The number of students per class at Erebuni Armenian School varies, typically ranging in average from 7 to 15.

To protect the privacy of our school community, any photos, videos, or postings that include Erebuni Armenian School teachers' names, students other than your own, must be approved by the School Principal before being shared online.

Students are not permitted to post videos or pictures of teachers or classmates on social media without their consent, nor can they use the school's or staff's names without the administration's permission.

We are proud to have a community of approximately 2,500 followers on social media, and we highly encourage you to follow us to stay informed. Many of our members are actively engaging with our content by liking and sharing it, and we would love for you to join in!
